ตั้งแต่โปรแกรม Natural Billing รุ่น 9.7 - 500 ( เริ่มพัฒนา ...ปี 2005 )

รองรับ Telephone Billing ทั้ง Internal, Incomming, Special, Local, Mobile, Long Dx, International และ Tie Line โดยเฉพาะการคิดค่าบริการตามสายนอกของ AIS, DTAC หรือ TrueMove ซึ่งโปรแกรมได้เตรียม Configuration ไว้ให้เรียบร้อยแล้วดังนี้

  1. AIS Operator = THAI-AIS และ Promotion = THAI-AIS.1


  2. DTAC Operator = THAI-DTAC และ Promotion = THAI-DTAC.1


  3. ORANGE Operator = THAI-ORANGE และ Promotion = THAI-ORANGE.1



ตัวอย่างต่อไปนี้ ผ่านสายนอก AIS 1.25 บาท / นาที


  1. เข้ารหัสผ่าน กด Ctrl + I ( User, Password : Technical )



  2. เปลี่ยน Property ของสายนอก AIS ให้

    • Operator = THAI-AIS


    • Promotion = THAI-AIS.1


    • default ค่าบริการ = 1.8 บาท/นาที


    • กรณี ต้องตัด 9 เพื่อโทรออกสายนอก และตู้ส่ง Access Code 9 ออกมา เราต้องกำหนด Access Code ด้วย




  3. เข้า Menu : การโทร -> เปลี่ยนอัตราค่าบริการ ( Click Active Menu : Phone -> Change Rate ) ( ตามคู่มือ หน้า 44 )



  4. เข้า Menu : การโทร -> โทรมือถือ ( เพื่อเปลี่ยนค่าบริการตามความต้องการ )

    • AIS สูตรคำนวน ชุดที่ 6


    • DTAC สูตรคำนวน ชุดที่ 7


    • ORANGE สูตรคำนวน ชุดที่ 8
